Family Travel Shop – Delivery to home
- Select the products you require and put them into the shopping cart.
- When you have finished select the correct shipping fee from the menu.
- Proceed to the payment page and pay with any major credit card. All payment transactions are carried out safely and securely through PayPal.
- Should you wish to place orders for delivery to Home and Holiday then two separate transactions must be carried out.
- Once your order has been received, packed and despatched you will be sent an email notifying you of this and advising you of the carrier tracking number.
Family Travel Shop – Holiday Destination
It is possible to send all your holiday requirements ahead so that they are waiting for you upon arrival.
- Prior to starting shopping please make sure you have your holiday delivery address available with the full postal code. We would ask that you provide us with the following:
- Delivery address and local postcode and
- Contact phone number / email address
- Simply add all the products you want into your shopping cart.
- Proceed to the payment page and pay with any major credit card. Payment transactions are carried out safely and securely through PayPal.
- Once your order has been received, packed and dispatched you will be sent an email notifying you of this and advising you of the carrier tracking number.
- Where possible we will send your accommodation an email advising them to expect your order, your order will be clearly marked with our logo, your party name and your arrival date.
- We constantly monitor the carrier tracking numbers - once we have confirmed your order has arrived at its final destination we will send you an email / text message advising of this.
